Job Responsibilities: Leads and prioritizes incoming new and renew group business applications and member movement of existing clients within team members and coordinate with sales-co or partners to assure the complete of policy document, member underwriting, member card or certificate could be delivered to client within SLA & Quality services commitment Leads, directs, coaches and motivates team member to complete their tasks and help to solve difficult issues under their responsibilities on time to align with SLA. Underwrite and approve all group cases include special request regarding the given authority Arrange EB & Health Group Leads and assure data quality for renewal and upselling Coaches and develops team members to be able to solve frequently asked questions or problems from brokers, sales support, and clients on the group opening Monitors and controls frequent error transactions at the minimum as possible and sets development plan to increase the quality of deliverable. Directs and monitors the turnaround time of key deliverables those are required to deploy on regular basis such as production report, group client movement, invoice, renewal notice, financial valuation report, and etc. Validates special requests from brokers or group client against the regulation, guideline and work with managers and sales support to propose the executive management for the special handling or workaround practice within a certain risk. Assesses the complaint, investigates for the root cause and provide resolution to group clients, group members, or partners within SLA or commitment Negotiates with customer and OIC officer to close the appeal case based on the top management pre-approved decision Any others related task to manage Group Admin operation smoothly. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or higher in any field At least 5 years' working experience in group insurance business with 1-2 years in management level of Group Insurance business Experience in Group Insurance Business (Sales process and Group Administration) Knowledge in Group Insurance Product Good Leadership & Interpersonal skills Problem solving & Decision Making Customer service orientation with reliability and accountability Proficiency in MS Office with Good English skill (writing & reading) About Krungthai-AXA Life Insurance Krungthai-AXA Life Insurance Public Company Limited, created from a solid co-investment partnership between Krungthai Bank PCL. and the AXA Group, global financial protection and asset-management specialists.
