• Oversee the preparation and consolidation of financial reports across all operating divisions on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Collaborate with Financial Accountants to maintain a consistent and comprehensive information base.
• Develop long-term management forecasts by interpreting projected trends and economic forecasts.
• Prepare Group consolidations, financial reports, and statutory financial statements.
• Support audit processes and prepare relevant documentation.
• Handle specific ad-hoc projects as needed.
• Design and document financial processes for improved efficiency.
• Lead efforts to automate financial reporting systems.

REQUIREMENTS

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in management accounting, with expertise in general accounting, financial analysis, and management reporting.
• Professional certification (CPA/CA) is required.
• Demonstrated skills in financial forecasting and liquidity management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to effectively analyze and communicate complex financial information.
• A collaborative team player who can also work independently.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Aptitude for prioritizing and managing multiple, time-sensitive tasks.
• Self-motivated and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
