Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

Whether our clients are just starting a business, building bigger than ever, or simply looking for the right advice to keep things in order, our Group Retirement Consulting team is there to care for the needs of our clients today, tomorrow and every day after that.
We’re looking for a Manager responsible for supporting a team of Consultants, Senior Retirement Consultants, Account Managers and Analysts. The successful candidate will be highly organized, detail oriented, personable, capable and hard-working with a desire to learn and work both independently and as part of a very tight-knit team.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Project planning and project management as part of a team
  • Help develop and maintain proprietary client service documents
  • Establish best practices for a team of Senior Consultants, Consultants, Account Managers and Analysts.
  • Determine training needs across a team
  • Participate in Integrated Selling activities with other lines of Business at NFP
  • Participate in Marketing activities and Webinars to promote NFP’s Retirement Business
  • Represent NFP with Group Benefits and other lines of Business within NFP on multi product line initiatives
  • Manage/post social media content, LinkedIn
  • Manage and coordinate SalesForce content
