DESCRIPTION

The Manager: Growth and Content (Americas) will be responsible for assisting in driving pipeline generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth across the Americas region through data-driven, scalable marketing programs. Working in close alignment with Sales and Customer Success, the individual will own the strategy and execution that moves prospects through the funnel and maximizes value across the customer lifecycle.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE

  • Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, communications or relavent
  • 6–8 years in B2B marketing with a focus on demand generation and content (ERP, SaaS, or manufacturing tech a plus)
  • Proven ability to lead integrated marketing campaigns and drive measurable pipeline growth
  • Content strategy background; can brief, review, and edit content across formats
  • Experience leading and mentoring junior marketers or external content creators
  • Commercial mindset with strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools (HubSpot, 23, GA, etc.)
Responsibilities
  • Demand Generation & Campaign Strategy Lead the development and execution of targeted, multi-channel campaigns aligned with buyer personas and regional sales priorities to drive demand.
  • Funnel Optimization & Analytics Monitor and optimize the marketing funnel using data insights and testing to improve lead conversion and campaign performance.
  • Marketing Operations Oversee the marketing technology stack and ensure accurate reporting on key metrics such as pipeline, CAC, and ROI.
  • Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Execute strategic, high-impact marketing programs tailored to high-value accounts in close collaboration with sales.
  • Customer Lifecycle Marketing Drive customer retention and growth by identifying upsell opportunities and delivering content that supports adoption and engagement.
  • Content Strategy & Creation Develop and align content across funnel stages and campaign themes, ensuring discoverability and lead capture through SEO and digital optimization.
  • Sales Alignment & Enablement Partner with Sales to refine lead qualification criteria and deliver enablement materials that accelerate pipeline conversion.
  • Team & Stakeholder Collaboration Lead and mentor regional marketers while collaborating with global teams to localize and optimize campaign assets for diverse audiences.
