WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We are looking for a passionate and hospitality driven full time FOH Manager to join our exceptional team at our one of a kind gem Terroni Sud Forno Temperance location. Housed in a gorgeous two-floor heritage building in in the heart of downtown Toronto, our gorgeous Terroni Sud Forno Temperance location features a full-service restaurant Da Geppetto, a bustling café bar and a cafeteria-style eatery La Mensa, which offers both hot and cold options to grab and go or stay. This is multi-level location is open Monday through Saturday and has a seating capacity of over 100 guests. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years FOH leadership experience in a full service casual fine dining restaurant and will be an Industry professional who possesses a genuine passion for hospitality. We are looking for an inspiring and driven manager who will bring a love for working on the floor leading and motivating frontline staff to curate exceptional experiences for our restaurant and café guests. A passion for Italian food and culture a must, wine knowledge and/or certification an asset.

It is the FOH Manager who not only ensures the foh team consistently meets these standards of excellence but also exceeds the expectations of our guests. The FOH Manager brings a love of working on the floor leading and motivating frontline staff to curate exceptional experiences for our guests. Reporting to the location General Manager, the FOH Manager is a positive and communicative team player who works collaboratively to see the location succeed from both a financial perspective as well as from a guest experience perspective. With the majority of time spent maintaining a visible presence on the floor engaging with guests and supporting staff in delivering an experience that exceeds expectations, you will also perform various administrative duties as assigned by the GM. This is a fulltime position with variable shifts that are predominantly in the evening, including weekends and holidays.
