QUALIFICATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS:

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

  • 3 - 5 yr experience in pre-sales/sales and/or solutions practice management, preferably in a global technology services organization.
  • Proven track record in implementing and leading a successful product innovation strategy.
  • Experience managing and leading a team of technical and sales specialists individuals.
  • Budget-/sales management experience.
  • Business development experience.
  • Experience implementing strategic and tactical initiatives supporting corporate strategy.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Optimizes solution portfolio investments.
  • Identifies and creates demand for solutions.
  • Manages a team and ensures performance goals are met.
  • Facilitates training activities.
  • Supports a community of practice for sharing information and best practices.
  • Collaborates with internal stakeholders to manage a technology roadmap.
  • Documents and manages formal plans, including business outcomes and risks.
  • Reviews solution designs to ensure capacity and profitability.
  • Implements standards and tools for new solution architecture.
  • Conducts market research to specify requirements for products or solutions.
