Responsibilities:
Develop, implement and maintain fit-for-purpose WHS Management systems aligned with ISO standards, legislation and organisational objectives
Empowerment of direct reports to ensure the effective identification, assessment, control and monitoring of risks across operational, construction and new business opportunities
Establish and maintain effective reporting and assurance frameworks to identify hazards, manage non-conformance and promote a lesson learnt culture
Coach and mentor LMS teams on WHS matters, legislative requirements, organisational procedures and processes, and best practice principles
Provide advice on WHS training requirements and work collaboratively with the L&D Team to identify external requirements and build fit-for-purpose internal modules that build capability and knowledge
