Essential Functions: Assists with developing specific departmental goals, standards, and objectives which directly support the strategic plan and vision of Manages staff relations including performance management, staff satisfaction, and conflict management. Performs and oversees scheduling, staff development, recruitment, payroll, and student engagements.
