Manager We're hiring! We are looking for a Manager to join our Health Solutions team in George Town, Malaysia. This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from the office. What the day will look like Client Management : Assist Client Servicers with general enquiries and provide professional advice on the Health & Benefits Program, including insurance plans and flexible benefits. Manage client relationships by delivering timely and accurate responses to claims and enquiries, ensuring satisfactory service. Ensure premiums are paid on time and follow up with clients when necessary to resolve outstanding payments. Support client roadshows and helpdesk activities, including preparation and client assistance. Act as back‑up for client invoicing and payment updates, helping ensure accurate billing records. Handle general administrative correspondence with clients, including preparing and sending emails, letters, memos, and related documents. Data Management: Ensure client data is accurate and updated in a timely manner. Maintain and file all documentation so it is complete and accessible for future reference. Ensure renewal documents, such as cover notes and endorsements, are prepared and sent to clients on time. Skills and experience that will lead to success Strong knowledge of employee benefits and health solutions. Proven ability in client relationship management. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Proactive team player with the ability to work collaboratively. Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and stakeholders effectively.
