The Manager – Health Solutions Sales and Marketing is a pivotal commercial leadership role within the Health Solutions Department, based in Bangkok. This position is responsible for driving business growth, enhancing client engagement, and ensuring the successful delivery of health solutions through strategic sales and marketing initiatives in Health solutions products such as voluntary benefit (Online individual), Agent scheme (Hybrid individual products), Wellness products and special event support. The role requires a proactive leader who combines strategic vision with operational excellence to complete business plans, achieve revenue targets, and strengthen the division’s market position. Strategy & Sales Planning Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies that align with the objectives set by the department and overall business goals. Lead the annual sales planning process, including target setting, forecasting, and budget allocation. Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes to inform strategic decisions. 2. Sales & Business Development Lead the identification and pursuit of new business opportunities to expand the client base and drive revenue growth. Manage the sales pipeline, from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring high conversion rates and client satisfaction. Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key clients, industry stakeholders, and channel partners. 3. Client & Market Engagement Strengthen client relationships through regular engagement, needs assessment, and customized solution offerings. Represent the department at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to enhance market visibility and reputation. Gather and analyze client feedback to advise continuous improvement of products and services. 5. Internal Enablement & Training Design and deliver training programs to equip the sales and marketing teams with product knowledge and effective selling techniques. Promote a culture of collaboration, high performance, and continuous learning within the team. 6. Governance, Reporting & Performance Management Ensure compliance with internal policies, industry regulations, and protocols in all activities involving market outreach and customer relations. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), providing actionable insights and recommendations to senior management. 7. Event Management Plan, coordinate, and implement promotional events, workshops, and seminars to generate leads and raise brand awareness. Evaluate the impact of events and adjust strategies to improve the return on investment. Key Relationships Internal: Health Solutions Department leadership, Sales, AE and other related departments. External: Clients, Prospects, Business Partners, Event Organizers and other. How this opportunity is different Performance Measures Achievement of revenue and sales growth targets. Effectiveness of events and promotional activities. Skills and experience that will lead to success Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Health Sciences, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred. Minimum 7 years of proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development operating in the healthcare solutions field or related industry. Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving commercial growth. Experience in leading teams and managing cross-functional projects. Essential Skills & Competencies Strong commercial skill with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities. Excellent project management skills, including planning, execution, and evaluation. Effective partner management and relationship-building abilities. Proficiency in digital marketing, CRM systems, and data analytics tools. Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Analytical and problem-solving approach with attention to detail. Results-oriented, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
