About the Role The Manager of Health, Wellbeing and Independence will provide leadership, oversight, and strategic direction for programs serving children/families with special health care needs, adults with disabilities and seniors. This role ensures high-quality service delivery, strong community partnerships, and measurable outcomes aligned with Waypoint’s mission and values. You will oversee multidisciplinary teams, manage program performance, and play a key role in informing/shaping regional strategies to address needs for the populations served.
