The manager will be one of 4 managers, that would oversee a provincial payroll team with staff located in North, Rural, Saskatoon, and Regina, ensuring standardization of processes while addressing localized operational needs. The Payroll Manager is responsible for stabilizing payroll systems, resolving escalated payroll issues, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The role also plays a critical part in providing proactive guidance to operational leaders, addressing payroll-related challenges, and aligning payroll practices with SHA’s strategic vision to support patient-first care delivery.
