Responsibilities

As our Manager – Healthy Communities, you’ll lead a dynamic team and portfolio that brings our social model of health to life. From our Community Hub and Health Promotion activities to cross-organisational wellbeing projects and relocation planning, this role is all about partnership, participation, and place-based leadership.
You’ll shape strategy, guide team development, oversee funding and reporting requirements, and deepen relationships across the community and sector. The role also includes driving outcomes through data, quality initiatives, stakeholder collaboration, and new project opportunities — ensuring our services remain responsive, innovative, and grounded in community voice.
