Qualifications KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES/LICENSE OR CERTIFICATION REQUIRED B.S. degree in Medical Technology or related science field. Five (5) years laboratory experience. KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES/LICENSE OR CERTIFICATION PREFERRED Strong laboratory leadership experience in a 400+ bed hospital. Master's degree in Medical Technology or related science field. Prior supervisory experience. Work Hours: 8-5
