The Brenda Strafford Foundation (BSF) is a charitable organization that currently owns and operates five Aging Care & Senior Living communities in Calgary, AB, and Okotoks, AB. We take pride in providing a safe, caring, and comfortable home environment that caters to the complex needs of our senior residents and families. Locally, in Calgary, BSF also operates Alberta’s largest second-stage shelter providing safe shelter and comprehensive support services to women and children leaving abuse and violence.

Responsibilities

As a key leader, you will oversee our Dietary, Housekeeping, and Laundry teams, ensuring that every service provided exceeds expectations and enhances the well-being of our residents, families, and staff.

  • Lead & Inspire – Manage and mentor teams across Dietary, Housekeeping, and Laundry to deliver top-tier hospitality services.
  • Enhance Experiences – Elevate hospitality standards by fostering a culture of warmth, professionalism, and excellence.
  • Ensure Quality & Safety – Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment while adhering to Alberta Health Accommodation Standards.
  • Drive Operational Excellence – Oversee menu planning, regulatory compliance, financial data analysis, and business operations.
