The Hospitality Sales Manager oversees the end-to-end coordination of social group room blocks and restaurant event bookings while promoting and cross-selling offerings across Caesars Entertainment. This role serves as a key point of contact for guests, managing inquiries, coordinating accommodations and dining experiences, and providing tailored recommendations to enhance each visit. The manager ensures seamless communication across departments, supports overall trip planning, and delivers a high-quality, personalized guest experience. The role includes partnering with Hotel Operations and Revenue Management to secure appropriate room types and pricing for groups of ten or more rooms, conducting site tours when needed, and proactively driving revenue through upselling premium accommodations, dining, and on-property activities. Additionally, the Hospitality Sales Manager manages restaurant group event planning from initial inquiry through execution, including site inspections, menu development, and coordination with restaurant leadership. The role is responsible for preparing accurate Banquet Event Orders, supporting event reconciliation, and completing basic accounting tasks within established timelines.   At Caesars Entertainment, Inc., our Team Members create the extraordinary.
