Overview: The Manager - Housing Services at Qiddiya Investment Company is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of housing services provided to employees and their families. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement housing service policies and procedures that align with the company’s mission and vision. Manage the allocation of housing units, ensuring fair and efficient distribution based on company guidelines. Oversee maintenance, repairs, and general management of housing units to ensure a safe and comfortable living environment for residents. Conduct regular inspections of housing properties to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Serve as the primary point of contact for housing-related inquiries and concerns from employees, resolving issues promptly. Collaborate with various departments to plan and execute housing services that support the attraction and retention of top talent. Maintain accurate records of housing assignments, maintenance requests, and resident feedback. Prepare and manage the budget for housing services, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to financial targets. Provide leadership and guidance to a team of housing service staff, promoting professional development and a positive work environment. Generate reports on housing utilization, satisfaction levels, and recommendations for improvements in services. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. - Significant experience in housing management or facilities management, preferably in the context of employee housing or large residential complexes. Years of Experience: - A minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in housing services management or related fields. Skills: - Strong leadership and team management capabilities. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups. - Proficient in budgeting and financial management. - Solid problem-solving abilities and an understanding of housing regulations and best practices. - Proficiency in relevant software tools for property management and reporting.
