Position Overview: As the Manager - Housing Services at Qiddiya Investment Company, you will be responsible for overseeing the housing services and amenities provided to staff across the Qiddiya project. This role will ensure that housing options meet the needs of employees, creating a supportive and productive living environment as Qiddiya transforms into a world-class entertainment destination. Key Responsibilities: Manage the housing services function, ensuring that all accommodation options are suitable, well-maintained, and meet the expectations of employees. Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance service delivery and housing management. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure housing needs are effectively met and communicate opportunities and challenges. Oversee the allocation process for housing units to staff including communication and resolving any accommodation issues that arise. Conduct regular evaluations of housing services, collecting feedback from staff to identify areas for improvement. Monitor and manage budgets related to housing services, ensuring cost efficiency and sustainable practices. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and housing regulations, providing a safe and secure living environment for all staff. Prepare reports for management regarding housing service operations, needs assessments, and future planning. Build and maintain relationships with external housing providers and contractors to enhance service offerings. Lead a team of housing service personnel, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in housing services, property management, or a similar role. Prior experience in a managerial or supervisory position is preferred. Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with various stakeholders. Proficiency in budget management and financial reporting.
