What does the role looks like? * Aligns people strategies and policies in Business Units with the overall corporate mission and objectives * Act as employee champion and change agent to Business Units * Work with Management to drive relevant HR strategies * Plan, execute and track key activities that deliver impact * Observe operations workflow and recommend policies, guidelines, and procedures * Detect potential issues within operations and provides solutions to respective parties * Establish partnerships to deliver value added services to both management and employees that reflect the desired outcome of organizations’ people strategies * Work closely with the HR Team on projects to implement HR strategies * Consult with managers on workforce planning and talent strategies. Partner with Recruitment Business Partners to ensure alignment with recruitment strategies are in place * Provide consultancy to hiring managers in identifying interview evaluation criteria and competencies, and ensure a consistent candidate assessment process * Ensure high levels of internal customer satisfaction * Administer and resolve employee matters (E.g. disciplinary actions and employee grievance) effectively * Participate and support the drive towards branding of the organisation as an employer of choice   What are we looking for? * Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or relevant area of study is preferred * Possess minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in multiple HR functions and/or HR Business partnering role and at least 3 years in corporate environment * Possess strong consultative skills and proven record in customer relationship management * Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively and interact with all levels of the organization * Possess working knowledge of local employment legislation and practices, and statutory programs * Able to effectively manage demanding workloads and competing priorities * A self starter who is able to work in a complex and challenging environment
