Description
Provide strategic HR consulting and coaching: Provide expert HR consulting and coaching to business leaders, diagnosing and addressing critical people and organizational challenges that impact business performance. Collaborate and Influence: Partner effectively with HR Centers of Excellence (Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, etc.) to deliver integrated HR solutions that meet the unique needs of the business. Analyze Data and Insights: Utilize HR data and analytics to identify trends, measure the impact of HR programs, and inform decision-making Established and active employee resource groups Bachelor's degree 8+ years of progressive HR business partner experience with a proven track record of driving strategic HR initiatives and delivering measurable business results. Demonstrated experience in organizational design, change management, and implementing HR programs that support business transformation. This position is based in Dearborn, Michigan and requires a hybrid work arrangement (3 days onsite). We are seeking candidates who are either local to the area or willing to relocate. Master's degree in human resources, MBA with a concentration in Human Resources, or a related field (e.g., Industrial/Organizational Psychology). Experience in a large, complex organization in any industry. Management consulting experience focused on HR strategy and organizational effectiveness. Experience supporting global teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Project Management certification (e.g., PMP) and demonstrated ability to manage complex projects to successful completion.
