Description

A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in human resources management, with a focus on industrial relations in a global, multi-cultural organisation.
A thorough, demonstrable understanding of labour laws, collective bargaining processes, and union dynamics across multiple jurisdictions, with experience navigating cultural differences and regulatory requirements.
Proven ability to lead and influence industrial relations outcomes across diverse cultural and regulatory environments, providing expert counsel to senior leaders and serving as the recognised authority on industrial relations matters across the business.
A degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field is preferred.
