The HR Technical Manager serves as a liaison between the HR function and technical teams. This role focuses on understanding HR processes, gathering and analysing requirements, and supporting the development, implementation, and maintenance of HR systems (e.g., Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, etc.). The ideal candidate will combine strong HR domain knowledge with technical acumen to deliver digital solutions that improve employee experience, compliance, and operational efficiency.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or System Analyst, preferably in HR tech environments.
Hands-on experience with HR platforms especially Oracle
Strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes, data governance and service delivery models
Strong value creation mindset, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance HR service delivery and optimise systems
Familiarity with HR data standards and integrations including experience in leading projects.
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language.
Strong skills in data analysis, SQL, Excel, reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau,) and RPA.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience in Agile or Scrum methodologies is preferre

Collaborate with HR stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into functional and technical requirements.
Analyse, design, and recommend system enhancements or process improvements within HR systems (HRIS, ATS, LMS, etc.).
Support implementation, integration, upgrades, and maintenance of HR technology platforms.
Serve as technical SME for HR systems—working closely with IT, vendors, and HR to ensure system reliability and functionality.
Lead or support data migrations, system configurations, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and documentation.
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data extracts for HR metrics and compliance needs.
Troubleshoot system issues and escalate as required; act as Tier 2 support for HR system-related tickets.
Ensure system and data security, privacy, and compliance with regulatory requirements including system permission matrix and audits.
Participate in system governance, user training, and change management initiatives.
