As a partner to all of the major automobile manufacturers, as well as key players in the aerospace and industrial sectors, we offer you many development opportunities.    Your Key Responsibilities To effectively manage Industrial Relations, maintain a harmonious work environment, ensure statutory compliance, oversee contract labour management, support legal and welfare activities, and coordinate required administrative and liaison tasks. The role supports the HR Head in ensuring smooth operations and adherence to regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities Industrial Relations Handle IR activities including grievance resolution, disciplinary actions, and worker–management communication. Coordinate with legal counsel on IR-related matters. Maintain a stable and harmonious industrial environment. Contract Labour Management Assess and verify manpower requirements as per defined standards. Coordinate with contractors for manpower planning and deployment. Ensure timely recruitment and quality checks of contract labour. Audit contractor compliance records and ensure monthly statutory adherence. Statutory Compliance Ensure all labour laws, statutory records, and documentation are fully compliant. Manage agreements, vendor payments, invoice verification, PR/PO creation, and LTS/Bonus settlement processes. NEEM/NAPS Trainee Management Ensure deployment of trainees as per requirements. Oversee recruitment and coordination with training partners. Administrative & HR Support Support HR Head in IR strategy and maintaining workplace harmony. Manage welfare initiatives and employee engagement activities. Oversee legal matters related to workers, compliance, and licensing. Handle factory licensing, RC renewals, and statutory returns.  Your Qualifications Master’s or Graduate Degree (preferably in HR/IR/Personnel Management) 10 –15 years of experience in Industrial Relations in a medium/large manufacturing setup.  In-depth knowledge of: Industrial Relations // Labour laws and statutory compliance // Contract labour management  As a global company with employees around the world, it is important to us that we treat each other with respect and value all ideas and perspectives.
