JOB TITLE   MANAGER- HR  Department / Division   HR & Admin    External Interface (Enlist external agencies/authorities that you are required to deal with while discharging your duty) * Government/ Regulatory authorities/  statutory * Recruitment Consultants     Minimum Qualification (i.e education, training etc.)   Graduate / MBA in HR     Minimum Experience     6-8 years+ of experience in HR Domain (Generalist experience with exposure to statutory compliances)   Special Skills/Attributes  (required for performing the job effectively) * Understanding of Business HR function in Retail / Real estate sector based organizations * Knowledge of HR / Administration Systems and Policies * Exposure to statutory compliances     Overall Purpose/Objective Of the job  Responsible for all HR activities, including adherence to all statutory compliances, implementation of all policies/ procedures as per guidelines, managing employee relations and internal/ external stakeholder management for respective project / center    Key Responsibilities (List major responsibilities, that you have,   to achieve the key objectives)   * Play the role of an HR Relationship Partner for the Projects team and the team at the Centre - consult and advise the line managers for all activities within the purview of HR function. * Drive the recruitment process - identify potential candidates, conduct interviews, ensure compliance to recruitment TAT and budgets, etc. * Manage the Induction process and on boarding for new recruits as per defined curriculum and SOP guidelines. * Assist in proper documentation and file management of locations’ employees.  * Coordinate various technical/ behavioral trainings by liaising with Corporate L&D team. * Timely execution of various activities of the performance management system cycle such as setting up of individual goal sheets, review discussions, annual appraisals, etc.,  * Ensure implementation of corporate HR Policies & Processes with adherence to defined guidelines.  * Handle employee engagement, internal communication and employee relations.  Undertake periodic staff welfare activities such as get-togethers, picnics, etc., and ensure coordination of all related activities (tea, snacks/meals, travel, etc.) * Manage the grievance handling process for the respective project/ site employees and take necessary actions including escalation to the corporate HR team, if required. * Smooth administration of the attendance and leave process and information flow (payroll inputs) to the Corporate payroll department for disbursal of employee salaries.  * Responsible for processing of bills, invoices and renewal of contracts for various external consultants for HR  operations * Sharing various MIS reports with Corporate HR as per defined timelines.
