PAY RANGE

$160,680-$196,752 Annually

Job Description
We’re looking for a manager to oversee HR process and product operations as we transition to Oracle HCM Cloud. You will serve as a part of the leadership team for the HR Operations Service Center. You will have responsibility to lead a team of up to seven exempt level professionals and collaborate with IT to support Human Capital Management (HCM) applications.
HCM applications span Talent Acquisition, Workforce Management, Benefits, Compensation and HR Service Delivery functions and are delivered using Oracle HCM Fusion Cloud, Peoplesoft 9.2, Smart Recruiters, and Service Now products. This position is in the Human Resources (HR) Directorate.
This position offers a full-time off-site work schedule. You will collaborate and contribute through virtual interactions. Occasional on-site presence to meet business needs may be required.
This is a Flexible Term appointment 1 year in length.

QUALIFICATIONS WE DESIRE

  • Prior supervisory and team building experience.
  • PHR/SPHR professional certification.
  • PMP/SCRUM certification.
  • Experience leading or supporting enterprise resource planning (ERP) transformation.
  • Experience with cloud-based HR Technology such as Oracle HCM Cloud, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Experience with PeopleSoft, Service Now, or Jira applications.
  • Experience managing recurring cloud application releases.
  • Experience applying industry best practices for software quality assurance or agile project management.
