HR Manager – Mexico 📍 Naucalpan, State of Mexico (On-site) About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on HR Manager to lead the full spectrum of Human Resources operations across Mexico. This role plays a key part in partnering with business leaders, driving talent strategies, and ensuring a high-performance, compliant, and engaging work environment. You will act as the HR leader for the country, working closely with local and regional stakeholders, while leading a small but impactful HR team. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop a team of HR professionals (HRBP, Analyst, and Generalists) Partner with business leaders to drive talent processes, including hiring, onboarding, development, and performance management Oversee employee and labor relations, including union interactions when applicable Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies Manage HR operations, including payroll, benefits, and vendor relationships Collaborate with global and regional HR teams to implement programs (Compensation, Talent, OD, etc.) Drive Strategic Workforce Planning and Talent Reviews Support organizational development, engagement, and culture initiatives Represent HR as a trusted advisor and change agent across the organization Maintain strong on-site presence, fostering open communication and employee engagement What We’re Looking For 7–10 years of experience in Human Resources, including leadership roles Experience in multinational environments Strong knowledge of Mexican labor law and employee relations Experience managing complex, multi-site organizations Exposure to union environments is highly preferred Proven change management and stakeholder management skills Advanced English (spoken and written) Bachelor’s degree in HR, Labor Relations, Law, or related field Experience with HR systems (SAP SuccessFactors is a plus) Willingness to travel occasionally What We Offer Competitive monthly salary Annual bonus Comprehensive benefits package including: Major Medical Insurance Life Insurance (26 months salary) Savings Fund (7.5%) Christmas Bonus (30 days) Vacation premium (80%) Company car + fuel allowance Grocery vouchers Why Join Us?
