QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in HR consulting, HR transformation, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of managing complex HR transformation projects from inception to completion.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, technologies, and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • In-depth understanding of the latest HR technologies and a keen interest or experience in artificial intelligence (AI) applications within HR.
  • Ability to work proficiently in English and French
  • Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR are an asset.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to join our HR Transformation Strategy team. This role is pivotal in helping our clients navigate the complexities of HR transformation, leveraging innovative strategies and technologies to drive organizational change and improve HR service delivery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead and manage HR transformation projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and delivering high-quality outcomes.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that enhance organizational effectiveness, employee experience, and business performance.
  • Collaborate with clients to assess current HR processes, identify areas for improvement, and design future-state HR operating models.
  • Utilize data analytics and insights to inform HR strategy and decision-making.
  • Provide thought leadership on HR trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on HR transformation initiatives.
  • Contribute to business development efforts, including proposal writing and client presentations.
