Qiddiya Investment Company, a transformational project as part of Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 initiative, is on the lookout for a dynamic and strategic Manager - HRBP Corporate to be a key player in our Human Resources division. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between management and employees, ensuring that HR initiatives align seamlessly with our corporate objectives. Key Responsibilities Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, providing HR expertise to support business objectives. Drive the performance management process, ensuring goals are measurable and aligned across the organization. Facilitate succession planning and talent development initiatives. Enhance the onboarding process and foster employee engagement initiatives. Ensure data integrity within the HR systems by implementing robust data governance practices. Lead process improvements to enhance the delivery and quality of HR services. Collaborate with the Learning & Development team to identify and address skills gaps through targeted training programs. Work with consultants to refine organizational structures and operating models in alignment with strategic goals. Oversee workforce planning and talent pipeline development. Implement and maintain a comprehensive job evaluation process to ensure role consistency. Maintain a competency framework that guides role requirements and employee development initiatives. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA or relevant advanced degree is preferred. A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a Business Partner role. Demonstrated ability to influence and partner with senior executives to drive HR initiatives. Strong familiarity with Saudi labor regulations and employment law. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Analytical and data-driven thinkers with experience interpreting HR metrics. Expertise in talent management, performance management, and employee engagement strategies. Proficiency in Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office applications. Strong organizational and project management skills, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
