Responsibilities

We are on the lookout for a Manager, HRIS & Compliance, who will support and maintain internal HR systems and services used in the organization, and be responsible for maintaining colleague data, generating HR-related reports, managing system upgrades, and maintaining data integrity. Furthermore, conducting regular audits to ensure the HR department is in compliance with the company’s policies and procedures.
This role will also include liaising with the relevant stakeholders in implementation of systems to ensure they are aligned to business needs, collaborating with the HR team to identify the improvements and enhancements needed to existing information services and databases, while recommending and implementing solutions. Also providing technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to the HR team will be key to the role.
