We are seeking a Manager - HSE to develop, implement and monitor health and safety related programs for all Project(s) across multiple Region(s) with a HSE Team, including offices of Khazna and its JVs and subsidiaries (as the case may be), to prevent HSE related Injury at work sites.
- KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:Develop and implement HS&E policies, procedures, and mandatory requirements.
- Lead HSE across all global construction projects with a competent team.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate HSE and workplace wellbeing risks.
- Promote safe working practices and address unsafe acts and conditions.
- Provide technical advice on engineering and administrative safety controls.
- Manage HSE teams, KPIs, targets, strategies, and action plans.
- Act as Khazna’s HSE point of contact with clients and stakeholders.
- Review project HSE, logistics, and environmental plans and documentation.
- Conduct site visits, HSE meetings, audits, and compliance inspections.
- Investigate incidents, near misses, high-risk observations, and non-compliances.
- Ensure compliance with applicable legislation, standards, and company requirements.
- Provide HSE coaching, training, toolbox talks, and mentoring to project teams.
- Share lessons learned, safety alerts, and best practices across projects.
- Lead continuous improvement, Management of Change, and HSE risk reduction initiatives.
- QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES:7–10 years of relevant experience, including 3+ years in management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and planning skills with attention to detail.
