Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for a Manager - Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) for the MBS Stadium project. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HSE policies, procedures, and programs to ensure a safe working environment for all project stakeholders. The Manager will lead HSE initiatives, conduct risk assessments, and facilitate training while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a proactive safety culture and achieving the highest standards of safety performance on-site. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain HSE management systems tailored for the MBS Stadium project. Conduct regular site inspections and audits to monitor compliance with HSE policies and regulations. Lead HSE training programs for staff and contractors, ensuring understanding and adherence to safety practices. Assess, investigate, and report on incidents, accidents, and near-misses, implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to identify potential hazards and risks associated with construction activities. Prepare and present HSE performance reports and metrics to senior management and stakeholders. Participate in health and safety committee meetings and promote continuous improvement initiatives. Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices concerning occupational health and safety. Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field. 8-10 years relevant experience in health, safety, and environmental management, ideally worked with within stadium projects or giga construction projects. Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and practices, especially in relation to construction activities. Proven ability to develop and implement HSE training programs and initiatives effectively. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the capacity to influence and engage staff at all levels. Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to act decisively in emergency situations. Experience in conducting HSE audits and inspections, with strong attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
