As a Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Leader, you will play a critical role in driving a safe, compliant and high-performing operation across your region of accountability. You will lead the delivery of HSE systems, processes and programs that effectively manage risk, enhance capability and support continuous improvement. Reporting into senior leadership, you will influence across the business and lead a team to embed a strong safety culture aligned to Rio Tinto’s values and standards.
