JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager to lead our team in a dynamic restaurant environment. EXPERIENCE

  • Strong culinary knowledge with an understanding of food safety regulations.
  • Experience with training development programs for staff enhancement.
  • Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is preferred.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with staff and customers.
  • Previous experience in casual dining settings is a plus.
