The HR Manager at Embla Software Innovation Pvt Ltd provides strategic oversight of all HR functions, ensuring compliance, process efficiency, and alignment with organizational goals. The role monitors talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement, guiding teams to maintain a high-performing, motivated, and culturally aligned workforce. Requirements Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Masters degree preferred. Minimum of 7–10 years of HR experience, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial or oversight capacity. Proven experience in monitoring and supervising HR functions without direct execution. Strong understanding of HR operations, talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement strategies. Strong understanding of labor laws, legal compliance, risk mitigation, and HR audits. Exceptional leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills, with the ability to guide teams and enforce compliance. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills. Proficiency in HR tools, data reporting, and performance tracking platforms. Demonstrated ability to identify process gaps, recommend improvements, and ensure efficient HR governance. Must be comfortable working in an agile environment. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and exposure to client-facing projects. Responsibilities Provide strategic leadership and governance across all HR functions, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives, client requirements, and statutory obligations. Oversee end-to-end HR operations, including personnel administration, payroll, leave management, employee records, and compliance with defined service standards. Design, implement, and monitor HR policies, procedures, and control frameworks to ensure operational efficiency, compliance, and risk mitigation. Govern workforce planning and talent acquisition activities, including recruitment approvals, client coordination, offer management, and pre-onboarding compliance. Lead employee relations and engagement initiatives, ensuring fair, consistent, and legally compliant handling of grievances, disciplinary actions, and workplace conflicts. Act as the primary HR interface for clients and stakeholders, managing role evaluations, performance feedback, employee support requirements, and proactive risk management. Oversee performance management and development frameworks, including appraisals, compensation reviews, career planning, and performance improvement actions. Analyze HR metrics and workforce analytics to provide strategic insights, support leadership decision-making, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
