OVERALL DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a skilled and experienced HRIS Manager to join our team at Bombardier. The successful candidate will manage a team of professionals responsible for governing our HR systems. This includes ensuring that the functionalities meet the needs of the business, that the organization adopts the platform’s evolving features, and overseeing the reporting of employee metrics. The primary system in use is SAP SuccessFactors.

PREFERRED ATTRIBUTES

  • Certification in SAP SuccessFactors or other relevant HRIS platforms; end to end implementation experience of large ERP system(s).
  • Experience with data privacy; security in HR systems and supporting organizational audit processes.
  • Proven track record of driving HRIS-related process improvements and efficiencies.
  • Ability to stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in HRIS.

Responsibilities
  • You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
  • You have a minimum of 8 years of experience in HRIS management, either within a large organization or with a system integrator.
  • You have a strong working knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and other HRIS platforms.
  • You hold an In-depth understanding of HR processes and best practices.
  • You have proven ability to lead and develop a team of HRIS professionals.
  • You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision making.
  • You have experience managing HRIS projects from initiation through to implementation and support.
  • You hold excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
