Job Description
BASIC REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 5 years of relevant HR partnering experience including recruiting, performance management, salary planning and organizational development
Responsibilities:
ROLE SUMMARY
The Human Resources Manager is responsible for providing strategic and operational HR leadership, direction, and expertise for the Ad Sales organization. In collaboration with the Director, Human Resources – Ad Sales, this person will provide day to day client support and strategic HR solutions for Ad Sales vertical teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and leverage HR processes (incl. Staffing, Benefits, Performance Management, Compensation/Reward Management, Learning & Development, Employee Engagement & Communication) for client groups
- Partner/collaborate with leadership team to align and execute HR strategies in support of Ad Sales initiatives
- Manage complex employee relations issues including organizational and structural changes
- Develop and implement appropriate change management plans
- Implement and monitor adherence to HR policies, procedures and practices
- Provide advice, counsel and coaching to employees regarding HR policies and procedures
- Partner with stakeholders across the enterprise, including but not limited to Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and Employment Law
- Serve as project manager to coordinate and oversee programs and initiatives across Ad Sales
- Uncover, assess and propose opportunities improve HR processes
- Supervise HR Coordinator and act as mentor to junior team members
