As Manager, Human Resources you will lead day-to-day human resources operations and drive initiatives that strengthen our culture, attract and retain top talent, and align HR practices with our business goals. You will partner closely with leaders to provide guidance on workforce planning, organizational development, and employee relations, while supporting change and growth across the company. This role will also be responsible for developing and enhancing HR programs, policies, and procedures to ensure they are effective, compliant, and aligned with our organizational values.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE

  • Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including experience advising leaders and managing complex employee relations matters.
  • Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement HR programs and policies from concept to execution.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

FUNCTIONAL & TECHNICAL SKILLS

  • Applies specialized knowledge in own area of expertise and openly shares information and knowledge with others.
Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO):

  • Act as a trusted advisor to leaders on HR strategies, workforce planning, and talent management.
  • Oversee HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and total rewards.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR programs, policies, and procedures that support business objectives and promote consistency across the organization.
  • Partner with operational teams to deliver consistent, effective HR programs and initiatives.
  • Apply change management best practices to guide leaders through organizational changes in people, processes, and structure.
  • Lead or support projects in areas such as diversity and inclusion, workforce strategy, organizational planning, and continuous improvement.
  • Use HR data and metrics to drive decisions, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
  • Stay current on HR best practices, employment legislation, and market trends to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
