Description
Responsibilities Lead and manage overall HR functions including recruitment, performance management, compensation & benefits, and employee relations. Support the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with business objectives. Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies. Oversee and expand GA (General Affairs) responsibilities as needed. Foster a positive and engaging work environment. Requirements Minimum of 7 years of experience in Human Resources, including at least 5 years in a managerial role with preferably in a manufacturing or corporate setting. Strategic thinker with hands-on experience in all areas of HR. Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
