Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in HR or similar
• 7 years of experience in HR/Payroll Management
• KSA HR Operations & Payroll - Working Knowledge (Preferred)

Responsibilities

1. Lead a tower in HRSS accountable for services in the scope
2. Ensure service standards are maintained to eliminate errors, delays & escalations
3. Consider lapses as an area of opportunity, perform RCA, identify cause, plan and implement long term solutions.
4. Ensure all service procedures are in-place and continually evaluated for greater efficiency.
5. Service reviews with team, presenting value-adding analysis of performance, identifying trends and recommending new ideas and solutions to improve operational efficiency.
6. Drive Continuous Improvement mind-set and embed the culture in the team:
   1. Eliminate non-value added activites.
   2. Pro-actively identify and work on HR Technology to progress automation opportunities.
