Description
General HR Operations Serve as the primary HR point of contact for associates and managers across European countries. Manage daily HR activities, including onboarding/offboarding, associate records, HRIS maintenance, and payroll coordination (in partnership with Finance/payroll vendors). Ensure consistent implementation and adherence to HR policies and procedures across the region. Provide coaching and guidance to managers on associate relations, performance management, and development. Compliance & Legal Ensure HR practices comply with applicable labor laws and employment regulations across relevant European jurisdictions. Support audits, regulatory reporting, and policy reviews as needed. Stay current on changes in labor legislation and advise on potential business impacts. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning Partner with hiring managers to support full-cycle recruitment: job postings, screening, interviewing, and offer management. Coordinate with external agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure an effective hiring process and strong candidate experience. Support headcount planning and organizational design activities across the region. HR Projects & Initiatives Contribute to global and regional HR projects, including policy harmonization, associate engagement programs, and process improvement. Support data analysis and reporting on key HR metrics for decision-making and planning.
