Description
The West Kowloon Cultural District Authority welcomes exceptional talent with a passion to realise the vision and mission of making the West Kowloon Cultural District a prime local and international destination for arts, culture and entertainment. You will be responsible for: supervising a small HR team to provide key account services for the artistic teams and delivering day-to-day human resources activities including staff administration, recruitment and selection, employee relations and performance management; developing and implementing strategic human resources programs on employee engagement, resourcing, career path development and succession planning; providing pragmatic advice to departmental managers on resolving people-related issues whilst ensuring all activities conform to internal policies and statutory requirements; supporting the management to review and implement staffing strategies and related policies/procedures and ensure it be carried out professionally and in line with the business strategies, internal policies and statutory requirements; and developing and implementing employee relations program to enhance employee motivation and engagement. You should: possess a recognised university degree in human resources management, business management or equivalent; have at least 8 years of all-rounded HR experience in sizeable organisation, preferably with experience in arts and culture sector; possess excellent knowledge of HK Employment Ordinance and other related statutory regulations; be able to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and interact well in a multi-cultural work environment; and have excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese.
