As a Product Management and Marketing professional for Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) & Soft Starters, you will be responsible for driving the strategic growth, innovation, and market positioning of the VFD product portfolio. This role demands a strong blend of technical expertise, market insight, and leadership to manage the full product lifecycle and execute impactful marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities: Product Management Own the product roadmap for VFDs & SSs, aligning with business objectives and customer needs. Lead product development initiatives in collaboration with engineering, R&D, and manufacturing teams. Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer pain points, and competitive positioning. Define product specifications, pricing strategies, and value propositions. Monitor product performance, customer feedback, and drive continuous improvement. Marketing Strategy Develop and execute marketing plans to promote VFDs across target segments ( Under Utility, Infra, Building segments and associated OEMs ). Manage product launches, promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and technical content creation alongwith Marcom team. Collaborate with sales teams to support lead generation, customer engagement, and channel enablement. Drive digital marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, webinars, and social media outreach alongwith Marcom team Represent the product at industry events, exhibitions, and customer forums. Cross-functional Leadership Coordinate with supply chain, finance, service teams & L1 support to ensure product availability and support. Provide training and tools to sales and application engineering teams. Track KPIs such as market share, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field; MBA preferred. 8–12 years of experience in product management and marketing, preferably in industrial automation or power electronics. Deep understanding of VFD technology, applications, and market dynamics. Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
