Description

Lead the identification and definition of IAM/PAM requirements across business and technical domains. Design high-level and low-level IAM/PAM architectures aligned with organizational goals and security standards. Define user profiles, use cases, and IAM/PAM processes including Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) workflows. Oversee the setup and configuration of development, test, and production environments for IAM/PAM platforms. Support integration and testing of IAM/PAM technologies with enterprise systems and applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define implementation plans, effort estimates, and success metrics. Identify gaps, risks, and issues in existing security designs and configurations. Establish robust practices for identity lifecycle management, access governance, and privileged account controls. Evaluate and implement IAM/PAM solutions including Microsoft AD, AWS IAM, Okta, SailPoint, CyberArk, etc. Lead discovery and audit activities to extract findings and validate IAM/PAM configurations. Ensure documentation, assessment, and authorization processes meet compliance and regulatory standards. Drive innovation in CIAM for B2B, B2C, G2C models and customize access review processes and authentication mechanisms. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field. 10+ years of experience in IAM/PAM domains with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role. Proven experience in designing and implementing enterprise IAM/PAM solutions. Strong working knowledge of at least four IAM/PAM areas such as Identity Lifecycle Management, SSO, Federation, etc. Familiarity with industry standards and frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, Zero Trust). Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills. Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, Azure/AWS/GCP IAM, SailPoint, CyberArk) are highly desirable.
