Commitment to the overall development of an employee through comprehensive learning & development framework Role Purpose  Identity & Access Management Specialist role is a technical and product-oriented role customized to SBI Card specific requirement to develop/build and maintain IDAM infrastructure and application in line with business requirements which can be connected to business application for catering the requirement of account Provisioning & De-provisioning, Authentication, Authorization & Role Management, and Session Management. Role Accountability  1. Own and manage IDAM development, related initiatives and capabilities; drive Workflow development, Java development like Event Handler /scheduler /Adaptor, UI Customization, ADF development, Connector like OOTB, Custom, etc. 2. Drive new implementation/upgrade & overall IDAM Infra for ensuring seamless Access, Authentication & Authorization 3. Maintain manual user lifecycle management for in-scope systems using multi-tier request processing and fulfillment model, 4. Management of in-scope profiles and policies, administration and ongoing enhancement of in-scope authentication services. 5. Follow ups on user account administration customer inquiries and secure account access issues in accordance with Information Security policies and procedures. 6. Perform analysis of IDAM related incidents & issues reported by users and/or IT 7. Manage Identity Governance and Administration, User Provisioning, Access Certification, Identity Analytics, Role-Based Access Control controls 8. Participate in Disaster Recovery Planning and Testing, troubleshooting and root cause analysis and documentation of the root causes 9. Manage Service Partner operation from technology perspective Measures of Success  1. Successful management of IDAM run & maintain 2. Increase in maturity of IDAM Program (Adoption & Capabilities). 3. New adoption and integration of Business applications with IDAM in timely manner 4. Compliance against the defined policies and procedure for IDAM Management Technical Skills / Experience / Certifications 1. Understanding & Hands-on experience on Oracle IDAM platform (IDAM, IAM, OIM, OAM) 2. Understanding of SAML, LDAP, Kerberos, Unix, Microsoft AD, and MFA 3. Knowledge of integration of Identity Management solutions with Access Management solutions 4. Product specific certifications such as Oracle IDAM, IAM, OIM, OAM certifications, Microsoft and SailPoint, other industry leading IAM certifications 5. Understanding of new aged and cloud IDAM platform is preferred 6. Expertise in Java administration and WebLogic 7. Expertise in common IAM protocols and standards such as OAUTH, SAML, JWT 8. Oracle IDAM related Certification or other related certification Competencies critical to the role 1. Demonstrate skills to achieve stated objectives  2. Demonstrate ability to coordinate with multiple parties and supervisors 3. Demonstrate communication skills to address different audiences 4. Demonstrate self-starter with ability to gain required knowledge Qualification  Bachelor’s Degree in a related area such as Computer Science or Information Technology or B.Tech Preferred Industry BFSI / NBFC /E-commerce/IT & ITES / Telecom
