We’re looking for a confident professional and people manager who can champion a high-performing team through complex functional or enterprise-wide business information management initiatives.

As a Manager II Business Information Management, you will:

  • Lead a team of specialists in complex operations for achieving career goals, supporting project success and achieving business results
  • Set team goals and objectives in alignment with business strategies for medium-term initiatives
  • Provide people management leadership by selecting and managing strong talent, setting goals and guiding performance, managing compensation and compliance with human resources policies
  • Share and transfer knowledge, information, skills and expertise among the team
  • Oversee the delivery of data products in report and presentation formats, responsible for data sourcing and management (e.g. quality assurance, analysis and production / distribution of information), adhering to specifications and timelines and in alignment with overall business data governance and information management strategies
  • Be a primary authority in multiple areas, consulting with clients or project teams on all aspects of research, data analysis, design, hardware / software support, development of technical solutions and testing
  • Lead the efforts in integrating different business and technology operations to enable a consolidated view of customer information to drive behavior and predictive analyses
  • Participate fully as a member of the team, support a positive work environment that promotes service to the business, quality and innovation; ensure timely communication of issues/points of interest

  • Undergraduate degree or technical certificate
  • Graduate degree preferred
  • Seven (7) or more years relevant experience from a business administration, statistical, mathematical, scientific or financial background
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced ability to lead, plan, implement and evaluate program / project activities and to build strategic direction of the function and provide advice to senior leadership
  • Advanced knowledge of various data sources, tools and technologies used in preparing summaries/reports
  • Knowledge of competitor and market trends
  • Proficient to analyze, organize and prioritize work to ensure completion of work on time
  • Expertise in using analytical software tools, MS Office, data analysis methods and reporting techniques
  • Proficiency in coaching and mentoring others; communicate professionally and positively (both speaking and writing and build positive relationships across teams and functions
  • Act as a brand champion for the business area / function and TD, both internally and externally
