Primary Duties & Responsibilities Test maintenance and Engineering Management. Manage the maintenance area. Execute Tester build plan. Responsible to support Product Engineering for yield and process improvement of the specific technical area. Improve the efficiency of test area. Drive technical project tasks to completion in accordance with the project schedule. Support test yield and testability enhancement project for all products. Authorized to stop any tester if the tester facing quality or safety issue. Responsible to improve the efficiency of test area. Education & Experience Bachelor/Master/PhD of Science/Engineering Minimum 10 years managerial experience in mass production environment. Preferably in Product/Test Engineering With good computer literacy and good communication skill. Planning, knowledge on tester or others related Must have a good sense of engineering tradeoffs and an ability to understand the impact of software changes on maintainability.
