JOB SUMMARY
We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on leader to manage and elevate our North American sourcing team. As Talent Acquisition Manager – Candidate Sourcing, you will lead a team of Sourcing Specialists focused on building high-quality candidate pipelines for non-executive roles—while also expanding the team’s capability to support executive-level sourcing. In this role, you’ll drive the implementation, adoption, and optimization of our CRM and train others on advanced search strategies. You’ll also deliver real-time market mapping and talent insights to inform workforce planning and strategic hiring decisions.
