Responsibilities: Develop and maintain detailed project implementation plans, ensuring alignment with overall strategic objectives. Evaluate project progress through regular status meetings and reporting, addressing any concerns promptly. Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to ensure resources are adequately allocated and managed. Monitor project milestones and deliverables, facilitating timely interventions to mitigate risks and issues. Support the achievement of project outcomes through hands-on management and effective problem-solving. Document lessons learned and best practices to enhance future project implementations. Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in project management or implementation, particularly in large-scale projects. Skills and Experience: In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members. Excellent problem-solving abilities, capable of navigating complex project challenges. Proficient with project management software and tools.
