ABOUT THE ROLE

Your mission as a Manager, Implementation Project Manager is to guide our team of fantastic implementation project managers and own the overall responsibility of all project execution within Vita Mojo.
Of key importance is developing and growing the existing team and improving processes working collaboratively with key stakeholders in your sister teams of Professional Services and Hardware & Development.
You will also be responsible for the end to end implementation of our software into the live environment for our most critical accounts signing, verifying all integrations with existing and third party systems are successful. Ultimately, ensuring clients have the best experience right out of the gate.

• Working with your direct reports on support needed with their implementation projects as well as their training, development and career aspirations.
• Tracking progress against team OKRs and support any projects falling behind schedule or needing senior support to get back on track
• Work with the Chief Revenue Officer and Head of Delivery to set targets for the team and define adequate resourcing for pipeline
• Be a critical reviewer and approver of project Statements Of Works, reviewing all new material projects due to sign for suitability and risk of execution
• Lead the weekly team meetings tracking project progress and enabling knowledge sharing across the team on lessons learnt
• For individual enterprise projects, guide clients from implementation and installation to go-live, facilitating a positive client experience & ensuring a smooth transition to the account management team post-launch
• Facilitate detailed scoping sessions to fully understand the client’s requirements and agree on on in-scope deliverables
• Identify and address potential obstacles during the on-boarding process, manage client communication, and create strategies for driving success
• Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress across all aspects of the project using internal tools to continuously move toward project milestones
• Deliver training sessions for onboarding clients, illustrating the benefits of the Vita Mojo Operating System, and instilling confidence in the product
• Work cross-functionally with solutions and hardware consultants, product managers, and senior implementation project managers to ensure smooth project execution while learning from their expertise
