Job Description
Join our Field Services vertical as we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager of Implementation in Atlanta, GA to make a real impact every day. We say that because we know that every conversation we have, every code line we write and every interface we design is another opportunity for us to enrich our customers’ experiences.
In this pivotal role, you will report to the Senior Director of Success and Onboarding and be responsible for leading and overseeing the implementation of our products and services. You’ll ensure clients experience a seamless transition and achieve the best possible outcomes. Some of the other responsibilities include:
This role has a base salary pay range of $90,000 - $100,000 USD
May be considered for a discretionary bonus.
Location: For this position, we offer a hybrid and flexible working model, where you will spend 2 days per week in the office and 3 working from home.
