Job Description
Join our Field Services vertical as we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager of Implementation in Atlanta, GA to make a real impact every day. In this pivotal role, you will report to the Senior Director of Success and Onboarding and be responsible for leading and overseeing the implementation of our products and services. You’ll ensure clients experience a seamless transition and achieve the best possible outcomes. Some of the other responsibilities include:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive implementation strategies for client projects
  • Manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction
  • Lead and mentor a team of implementation specialists, fostering their growth and development
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align implementation processes with overall business objectives
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks throughout the implementation lifecycle
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as the primary point of contact for escalations
  • Analyze project metrics and key performance indicators to continuously improve implementation processes
  • Create and present regular status reports to senior management and stakeholders
  • Ensure adherence to budget constraints and resource allocation plans
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in implementation methodologies

This role has a base salary pay range of $90,000 - $100,000 USD
May be considered for a discretionary bonus.
Location: For this position, we offer a hybrid and flexible working model, where you will spend 2 days per week in the office and 3 working from home.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in implementation management, preferably in a similar industry
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex implementation projects
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Advanced problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong experience in cross-functional collaboration with Product, Sales, Marketing, Engineering and Support
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software
  • Experience with change management and stakeholder engagement, including developing and rolling out new processes and systems for team
  • Solid understanding of budgeting and resource allocation
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • In-depth knowledge of industry-specific implementation processes and technologies
  • Willingness to travel as needed for on-site client engagements
